Appalachian Modular Homes History
Appalachian Modular Homes was founded in 2008 when they built their offices in a small manufacturing building in early 2008. Humble beginnings as a manufacturer of production line built modular homes and additions will lay the foundation for the development of expanded product lines and additional manufacturing facilities.
With the closing of a local modular retail sales center, several of their previous employees decided to stay in the business and open their own offices. Their staggering previous year results of $4 million dollars in annual sales revenue provided them the basis to entrepreneur into the venture. Along with this, they have partnered with local craftsman and now operate a manufacturing facility.
